about

There are at least two bands called The Sharps 1 - Years ago record producer George Nicholson (“Life In A Northern Town”) turned his back on music forever. Eight months ago he heard The Sharps. A studio was set up in his home in rural Norfolk. The band is now ready to unleash its sound. Led by the Morgan twins – Callum (bass guitar) and Kieran (lead guitar) – The Sharps’ songs blend west coast Americana with British rock. It’s pop, but different, new and now. At the forefront of the music is the merging of the lead vocals of Callum and Yve Mary B (rhythm guitar), backed by wall of sound harmonies from Kieran, Sam Evans (drums) and Matt Brocklehurst (keyboards). Following a “stunning” debut show in their hometown, Norwich, they play The Bedford, London on 21st November. On December 14th they return to Norwich to headline the Waterfront. 2 - a Doo-wop group from the 1950s User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
