The Sensible Gray Cells are Captain Sensible from the Damned with ex-Damned bass player Paul Gray with the drummer from Paul Gray's current combo the Monte Dons, Ant Thickett. The band made the album in true garage style in the South Wales countryside using a garage and home taping techniques to produce a concept album all about the state of the nation (The UK) in the 2010s.
