Hailing from the deserts of Phoenix, Arizona, five pieced band, The Searching began spewing vehement post-hardcore/metal music in 2011. The Searching was formed after bassist Paul Vickery had left his former bands Catherine and Mychildren Mybride in California and met drummer Tyler Brown. The Searching comprised of the reckless members, Dillion Conneally(vocals), Gabe Myers (guitar), Paul Vickery(guitar/vocals), Jason Connell(bass) and Tyler Brown(drums) is bound to be what is being called “the next big thing”. In August 2011 the guys recorded their self-titled debut EP, with Brian Hood of 456 Recordings in Birmingham, Alabama. The Searching is expected to play incendiary live shows and show off a new style and originality that will be sure to explode to a new furor.
