Formed in 2009, the band have an excellent musical heritage, both as individuals and collectively. Recent song publishing with Universal on a solo project led to a major South American pop artist releasing one of the bands songs as the first single from his album. Where it all began! Jason Ray (lead vocals) and Andi Skipsey (bass) have had a long history of collaborating together. They were both part of the band ‘Schema’ in the late 90’s, recording 2 well received ep’s, playing regular gigs on the London tour circuit including playing with the band ‘Rachel Stamp’ at ‘The Forum’ Kentish town, before deciding to go their separate ways to pursue individual projects. Some years later and having achieved individual successes (Jason with songwriting and Andi with session playing) they had the conversation that prompted both to getting back to what they had missed the most over recent years, performing together as part of a band. Jason immediately started writing new songs for the project and Andi set about putting the new line up together. Drummer Simon Hargreaves (Lucy Noble/Heather Small) and guitarist Ben Eales (X Factor), both accomplished musicians, were asked to be involved with the project and a first rehearsal was put together in Andi’s front room. The new songs worked extremely well as did the line up and it was decided to take the idea further with further rehearsals and recording sessions, as well as starting to promote the material and get gigging.
