Started by (at the time) high school students Sean Gustafson, Sophia Martin, and Nathan Cook, after discovering each other on social media. The three started making noise in Sophia's garage, connected immediately, and began writing music that day. Eventually, they began auditioning vocalists, and the second Sedona Hernandez got on the mic they knew they had a unique energy. The Sanctions went on to play local theaters, nightclubs, and bars in the Sonoma County area. The four have big plans for the future.
