The Ruckus Habit…This is us… A gang of friends from all across Athens, Greece that got together, about 4 years ago. Well, that’s half the truth, cause, Alex and Bill, the founding members of the band , are close friends a lifetime now (the way they met is another story, damn booze) that, one day decided to unite their musical powers and start the band. This band got past a lot of obstacles through those years some major some others not so….. First of all the name, we initially thought we could refer to ourselves as “The Rascals”…Bad pick…some others were called that way…of course not as famous as us but anyway….Bill, then came up with another great name, that no one understood why we didn’t stay with that..The name was “fuckdamental”, I think sometime we'll take a poll and choose again but that’s another story again. So, one day, Alex woke up singing the lyrics “Tonight there'll be a ruckus yeah, regardless of what's gone before…..” (of a great Arctic Monkeys song that’s called “A view from the Afternoon”), remembered that during our rehearsals we were mostly making some noise than playing, something that at that time, was, a habit to us. He called Bill and said “Hey, Ruckus Habit seems to be a match name for us”, Bill agreed and added “The” at the name. “The Ruckus Habit” became, then, a reality…The rehearsals started again, leaving the noise behind, since we wanted to declare that, whatever people said we were, we really weren’t , live gigs took place across the city and
