The Rising End Were a collective of six happy guys who love playing crazy music and having fun doing it. If you’ve heard all the rumours floating around about how nerdy they are, you can believe them. they're dweebs, it’s true. None of them look good in tight jeans (though to be honest, who does?) and if you were to put all our biceps together into one muscle it would probably look like a brown lump of mashed potato about the size of a small kiwi fruit. Aesthetics aside, they play melodic hardcore with a strong Durban zing to it they like to call ‘dweebcore.’ Surprisingly, they sing very few songs about calculators, Pythagoras and Warcraft, and in fact most of their lyrics are based on their faith in Jesus Christ. It is not something they're ashamed of, and neither is it something you need be offended by. Their lives have been radically altered by Christ’s saving grace – His death on the cross for our sins – and as such they want to sing about the joy they've have found in that grace. They hope to do it in a real way and you’re willing to listen to what they say, because they want you to know that the music is secondary to the message. So if you like their sound, they urge you to check out what they're singing about – it's really important the them as a band. Hardcore and punk rock have always provided a wonderful forum for the exchange of ideas and they feel and are contributing to that – so please, if you have any questions about their lyrics or what they believe in, plea
