Forged from San Diego super-groups such as Unwritten Law and Agent 51, The Rattlesnake Aces have begun channeling the Rock Gods this year with a debut album and shows. The sound of The Aces is commonly described as "a Southern Howling Cosmic Chrome-Plated War Machine from 1972". Frontman Chris Armes (a.k.a. Wolf J. Flywheel) describes their sound as "Vintage Sabbath" with a hint of Texas trailer trash. Look for them on tour and at SXSW!
