The band formed in April 2007, adopting the name Blender to start off with. Recently, the band have renamed themselves Raindogs, and have been joined by two new members: Nik (trumpet) and Dimitra (vocals). As their original name implies, Raindogs are influenced by a range of musical styles: funk, dub, ska, free jazz improvs, punk attitude and indie rock dreams all combine for unexpected, energetic and loud live shows. The addition of two new members just "blends in" more influences into the already exciting Raindogs mix. Their debut album "The Raindogs" is out NOW!!!
