The Puppetheads have been active in the New York Downtown and with Brooklyn Music and Arts for over a decade. They began recording with Robert Honablue last year and produced their first album Phllogg. Robert mastered Led Zepplin, Miles Davis, Santana and many other records. Robert Honablue and the Puppetheads recorded the second album at Sony Studios on West 54th St in Manhattan and were the last band to record in those facilities before the were torn down to make way for condos. The Puppetheads record analog without the add of computers and digital recorders and editors. The Puppethaeds are working on there third album and just finished playing the Dumbo Arts Festival for the 13th year.
