The Pop! (not to be confused with artists The Pop or Pop) was an American power pop power trio from Los Angeles, California. It was made up of Roger Prescott (vocals/guitar), David Swanson (vocals/bass), and Joel Martinez (drums). The band is best known for the bouncy cult classic tune "Down on the Boulevard", released in 1977 through the indie label Backdoor Man.
