The Plant Bearded Man is a brazilian dark ambient one-man-band. The project began in 2011 during a complicated situation involving a lawsuit and the boredom of 20 days of school suspension. The first album was a demo called DEMOnio, recorded in 2011. It has 6 songs a bonus track. In the same year, the first attempt to record a album called Southern Cross failed because of lack of continuity, and the original theme of the album was forgotten; 3 songs were recorded. In 2012 started a project called Cosa Nostra; the intention was to present some of the pre-christian italian culture.
