The Paper Planes are a two piece band from Dunedin, New Zealand, featuring Niamh Deighton-O'Flynn and Erica Stichbury. The style is acoustic-girl-pop using two guitars, keyboards, violin and the occasional harmonica and strong vocal harmonies. The pair have been playing together as The Paper Planes since the beginning of April 2008. Both girls have been heavily involved in Dunedin music, playing in various other bands and as solo performers.
