The Ocular Audio Experiment is a psychedelic, shapeshifting, sonic happening founded by Alex Pollock in the dead of winter, 2009. Their first official release, “Spectro-Sonic Cosmic Gaze,” is an entirely improvised record, mastered by ambient/shoegaze legend Richard AMP, while even their most constructed songs still involve elements of spontaneous creativity.
