There are at least two acts that use the name The Occupants. 1. The Occupants are an Australian alternative/heavy rock band formed in Bondi, New South Wales in 2013. The band is comprised of former Cog members and brothers Flynn (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and Luke (bass, vocals) Gower. Their debut single "I've Been Thinking" was released in April of 2013. Former Sleep Parade member Leigh Davies was added as an official member in 2014. The band released their debut EP, Hindsight, in late 2014. 2. The Occupants is a pop punk/emocore band formed in Northern Virginia by Eric Muniec (guitar, vocals), Josh Shackleford (bass, vocals), and Dakota Shea in 2012.
