Artist
The New Verb is one lady from London, Imogen Goldie, writing and recording songs in her bedroom. She has previously been accompanied on stage by drummers Greta Eacott (Melodica, Melody and Me & G-bop Orchestra) and Ian Kamran. She indulges in long hours immersed in her beloved digital 8 track recorder (aka her bedroom studio), fruity loops and warm baths where lyrics seem to come easier. She recorded her first tracks with the help of John Eacott (the hKippers) and has since then been taking it upon herself to record whatever the hell she feels like whenever the hell she feels like it. She has not been signed to a label as of yet and as a result doesn't have any releases to speak of, but plenty free self-made CDs for the incurably curious. Her songs are for anyone who knows what it's like to get stuck on a feeling.
