The Mystery Girls surfaced in 1977 initally with Pete Burns as vocalist prior to the creation of his more successful bands 'Nightmares in Wax' and 'Dead or Alive'. Burns left the band before recording. The remaining members released two Singles in 1984 'Ash in Drag' and 'Boogie Then Cry'.
