1)A St. Louis, MO punk band from the early 80s 2)The Mopeds is Jens Lindgard (guitar, leadvocals), Petter Lindgard (drums, backingvocals) and David Carlsson (bass). The wellknown session musicians Jens and Petter (their horns can ber heard with groups like the Cardigans, Roxette and Tom Jones) started playing pop with David in 1994. In 1997 their first EP "Hande Hoch" was released and the song "Lizard" became a national radiohit. Three albums have been released, "The hills are alive with the sound of mopeds" (1998), "The land of the three" (2001) and "Fortissimo" (2005). The Mopeds is running it's own recording studio called gula studion, "the yellow studio". The Mopeds and GULA studion.
