The Mixed Emotions play a wide variety of 60s, 70s, party, and Carolina's Beach Music material.They are a nine-piece group based in the Winston-Salem area of North Carolina that includes a four-piece horn section. The Mixed Emotions perform mostly in the Carolinas and have recorded two CDs, the first entitled ügThe Mixed Emotionsüh in 2004 and the second that has just been released entitled ügI Need a Walk on the Beachüh. ügI Need a Walk on the Beachüh is a yearlong group effort that features two original songs entitled ügI Need a Walk on the Beachüh and ügBeautiful Summerüh. Numerous radio stations in several states have begun airing these two originals with great reviews.
