Press: The guys of TMOC know how to inebriate the audience with their music and attitude. Their unique style that’s inspired by the old-school Metal also includes modern trends and demonstrates that there’s more than only one direction of Metalcore. TMOC present their rough and powerful sound with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm. They describe their music as Melodic Metalcore which means: Driving melody parts, polyphonic arrangements, pounding riffs and aggressive shouts as well as rousing choruses and clean vocals. All these components are an expression of diversity that put a spell on the listeners. Bio: In 2012 five metal loving musicians from the south of Thuringia form the melodic metalcore band called “The Matter of China” to show their interpretation of heavy music. Presenting their own compositions for the first time the guys self-organize their tour “We Shout for Tolerance”, including bands from various heavy genres, in spring 2013. Even before the recordings of their first EP the five-piece goes through changes concerning vocals and guitar and moves the core to Fulda. This crucial event results in the extraordinary style and charm of the band. Confidently they publish their first self-recorded EP “The End - A Brandnew Beginning” and the self-produced music video “Escape Fast Pace” in mid-2014.
