The Mascaron is a Latvian progressive metal band from Rīga, Latvia that formed in 2012. The band heartily experiment with different musical styles and electronic elements. They create melodic and progressive metal music with features of the modern djent sound. The band went on hiatus in 2013 and reformed new lineup in 2015. Members: Raimonds Ruskulis - vocals; Jānis Kurpnieks - guitars; Artūrs Bērziņš - bass; Aleksandrs Volkovs - drums.
