In 1999 I bought an Austrian rock-sampler called "Graz Charts". Track 14 was the pretty nice 'Umbruch Teil 7' from a band called 'The Lucy Tragic Orchestra'. There were no credits, just a very short piece of information, that they play 'Psychodelic Pop'. I searched the whole Internet for information about them but I just found this: http://www.sra.at/?mode=search&template=band&search=lucy+tragic.
