The Love Letters is a spontaneous collaboration that was born in Boston, MA and Long Island, NY in the Summer of 2008 that developed when Justin Freidus and Allison Francis met and sparked an immediate musical chemistry. The name was inspired by one of the members' involvement in a very long-distant relationship that reaches from Boston to London and involves love letters of the purest, most old-fashioned, expressive form. The artists, influenced by Bob Dylan, Stars, love, and friends, share music that is hard-strumming, heartfelt, and blatantly passionate. Listen to this duo sing innovative originals and cover some underrated hit songs of the '90s with their monumental jam sessions that combine harmonica, guitar, and beautiful, raw tones that capture the essence of love, friendship and every deep emotion that comes along with living deeply.
