The Lost Day are an Indi Rock group from Melbourne, Australia. They could best be described as a mix between vintage rock and roll of Bruce Springsteen and pop punk propensity of Jimmy Eat World, from The Gaslight Anthem to Arcade Fire and Manchester Orchestra. Fronted by guitarist Andrew Saunders and long-time collaborator Stephen Gilbert on bass - who grew up playing in punk bands together in regional NSW - the band also features the impressive talents of pianist and backing vocalist Gillian Lee and Texan ex-pat Adam Weiser on drums, who gives The Lost Day the time and tightness of an American marching band.
