The Kytes were a British pop group of the mid-1960s, originally hailing from Bristol, United Kingdom (although they were later based in London). They initially operated under a different name, appeared at a Variety Club show with Peter & Gordon and became the successful duo's backing band. After their Peter & Gordon tour they changed their name into The Kytes and released three singles under that moniker.
