There are two bands with this name: 1. The Kinsmen, a.k.a. The Four Kinsmen were an Australian group active from 1962 until 2009. 2. Kinsmen, a South African jazz collective based in Pretoria. The band grew up in Laudium, an Indian township in Pretoria. With influences ranging from South African jazz to Indian classical music, Kinsmen was founded by Dhruv Sodha, Shailesh Pillay and Muhammad Dawjee. Kinsmen released their debut album, 'Window to the Ashram' on June 16, 2017.
