The Kagas is a punk band from the Basque country (Spain) formed in 2002 by members of La Polla Records, Kañería 13, and RIP. Since it's a side-project they have only released one record: Nuevos Héroes del Rock, which got promoted by a fake "reunion" tour of the Kagas. According to the band members the Kagas is a rock band from New Zealand that was active from 1962 to 1978, and Nuevos Héroes del Rock allegedly is a tribute record in which other bands play the Kagas songs.
