Scott Kay started his musical career at the age of 9, learning piano. After his first teacher left to the USA, Scott moved to new instruments; first trombone, then found an instrument which felt right for him, the electric bass. Soon after starting to play the bass at about 13 years of age, Scott joined his first original band, Sysinoid. It was at this point that he found a love for playing original music. BulletChild, his second band, was Scott's first real success story, with a band competition prize leading to an EP release, when he was only 15 years old. Through the years though, Scott has never been the sole song-writer of the music he has been involved with. Feeling a little restricted by this, Scott began writing his own music, which has resulted in what you see here. 'The music is written to try and create mental imagery, something which I experience a lot when listening to certain types of music.
