about

Memphis, TN / Atlanta, GA alt rock group The Icarus Plan is the brainchild of long time collaborators Brian Link (On A Dead Machine) and Ed Harris (On A Dead Machine, Surrender The Fall). Mid-2020, nearly a decade after the two last worked together in the monstrous alt-rock group On A Dead Machine, the duo reconnected (in the midst of a global pandemic) on a new musical idea that would ultimately become The Icarus Plan. After spending the better part of 2020 planning/creating/writing/recording - collaborating back and forth across state lines, the band fired into 2021 ready to introduce the world to what they’ve been up to with their first wave of official singles - including fan-favorites "The Garden", "Kiss and a Knife", and "The Way Down". Now in 2022, The Icarus Plan continues to turn heads with their first full-length S/T album released worldwide on all platforms 06.03.22 everywhere.
