The Honey Blossoms are a dreamy swirl of jangly guitars, lush melodies and glitter-streaked nostalgia — a Leeds-based indie-pop band with a flair for heartfelt anthems and shimmering melancholy. The band formed after singer Maisie Valentine and guitarist/songwriter Will Staunton met at university. The two had already tasted modest success on the local scene with their former band The Gumballs, a dreamy outfit with a cult following across pubs and club nights. But when they linked up with classmate Charlie Mason, a talented drummer with garage rock roots from his days in Concrete, something clicked. Still, they knew the lineup wasn’t quite complete — until Maisie met Indigo Wild on a wild night out in Ibiza. Dressed like a walking festival with pink hair and infectious energy, Indigo wasn’t just a vibe — she was the missing piece. The Honey Blossoms were born. Together, they’ve crafted a sound that blends the hazy warmth of dream pop with bittersweet lyrics, playful hooks, and the kind of choruses built for late-night singalongs. Will is the quiet genius penning the band’s bittersweet ballads; Maisie is their voice and heart, pouring emotion into every performance; Charlie provides a steady, grounded rhythm; and Indigo? She’s the wildcard — always two steps ahead with a wink for the front row. Their debut album Carousels is a dreamy, pastel-tinted journey through first loves, sugar highs, and fleeting nights under the stars. User-contributed text is available under the Cr
