The Hollowed was a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Los Angeles/Orange County, California, United States. "It's time to bring passion and emotion back to hardcore music." So says the arrestingly candid lead singer of The Hollowed, Jonathan Wolfe. Hailing from Southern California, the band began life on the East Coast in 2008. Wolfe and his pack of musical desperados have since developed into a blistering combination of bleeding-edge stadium guitars with moments of sweet, if kinetic, lyrical bliss. For a band that dwells in the fallout of the post hardcore movement, The Hollowed is as utterly devoted to what is real in life as it is optimistic about what life can be. They've shared bills with A Static Lullaby and All that Remains, and have recorded their debut record, The So Far From Home EP. Without a doubt, The Hollowed are leading the charge on a mission to bring back significance and truth in music.
