The Good Boys are a hip-hop/rap influenced group out of Southern California. Real emotion is squeezed out of these two young men for each song they compose with each other. Bringing back “the love song” but in their own unique way is what makes The Good Boys shine brighter over the rest of today’s artists. Performing on their own, James (18) and Dior (17) have been playing shows and have gained respect and popularity with the music scene in the area over the past couple years. After quite some time of friendship, the two have decided to join forces to form what is The Good Boys. Both Boys have grown up in a household with a single mother, a sister, and an addicted father. Jesse James and J.Dior have both learned from what they have seen tear apart their homes and hearts and put forth those feelings into every song they produce. The recording process for the two is fairly simple. All material is orginal and composed by the Boys at their own homes. The instrumental tracks are all made in the bedroom, and the vocals are recorded in the closet. The Good Boys are a non-fiction, intelligent, extraordinarily blessed group that are able to mold the next generation of what radio-played music is.
