The Go Rounds is an American psychedelic pop-rock group from Kalamazoo, MI. With years of writing, recording, and touring behind them, The Go Rounds released the full-length album, Feathername, plus a 7” single. With this they undertook an expansive tour featuring an orchestra of Michigan musicians. Feathername, a follow up to the band’s 2011 self-titled debut album, is exploration into the most ambitious body of songs ever written by vocalist Graham Parsons. The recording sessions found the band expanding to include members of the Red Sea Pedestrians, Red Tail Ring, The Kalamazoo Brass Collective, Elk Welcome, and Birdfingers, as well as studio heavyweights including Drew Howard, Ben Lau, Fiona Dickinson, Sam Cooper, and students from the WMU Jazz Program.
