The Gnomes of Zurich were a 1960s British blues-pop/freakbeat band, originally formed as The Blues Syndicate. They were signed to Shel Talmy's Planet Records under the name The Gnomes of Zurich and released one single for that label in 1966 ('Please Mr. Sun' b/w 'I'm Coming Down With The Blues'), before moving to CBS and RCA, for which labels they released three more singles in total in 1967.
