The Frontiersmen are an American indie rock band formed in Reno, NV in 2006 by Paul Hutchinson (drums, vocals, guitar) and Brad Bynum (guitar, vocals), and, in 2007, Cameron Bynum (Saxophone, Keyboards, Vocals), originally named The Frontmen. The band changed their name to the Frontiersmen in 2009, and added members Scaught Bates (bass) and Megan Kay (violin, vocals). The band first played a number of venues in Reno, NV, including St. James' Infirmary, Tonic Lounge, the River School, the Studio on 4th, and the Nevada Museum of Art.
