The Frigid Ground is a solo project by Garth Cummings that originated in June 2008, after putting his first project, Lusankya, on hiatus, due to differing opinions on musical direction with the other member. An EP was in progress, called Chronicle, which has 2 tracks that can be heard in early demo form on The Frigid Ground's myspace. He has no intention of formally releasing the Chronicle EP within the foreseeable future. The Frigid Ground has, however released the Nomad Girl single with remixes, as well as The Untitled EP, both under Creative Commons. A second single is planned to be released sometime during summer 2011, again with remixes and released under Creative Commons.
