In 2011, Wayne Coyne announced plans to collaborate with Neon Indian. After getting together in New York, the two groups have created a limited-edition 12” EP, which after yesterday has already around sold out its first pressing. The EP was given to two record stores — Guestroom Records in Oklahoma City and Good Records in Dallas. At the moment, it seems like Lips and Neon Indians fans around the country are out of luck, although a wider release could very well happen in the future.
