about

Formed in Scotland in 2007 and taking influence from the likes of Nirvana, Eels and Austin TV, the duo have molded a very distinctive and powerful sound, receiving much acclaim for their high energy, adrenaline-fuelled performances. The Fire And I’s catchy noise-rock anthems and energetic live show has made them a much talked about prospect, helping them to rack up some impressive festival slots such as T in the Park, Wickerman Festival and In the City with further support slots alongside the likes of Biffy Clyro and Amy MacDonald. The Fire And I’s debut album, ‘Stampede Finale’, was released on November 1st, 2010 by CrashCar Records. They are set to release their second album, "Double Kamikaze", on March 10, 2014. Their debut album's track, "Revenge (To the Bloody Angel)" was chosen as track of the year by Jim Gellatly, Radio 1 Scotland who said “"Revenge (to the Bloody Angel) is my favourite unsigned track. It just blew me away." User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
