The FingerTrips are, or better yet, were, a portuguese Ska-Rock Band. From 2001 to 2005, they earned some reputation around the portuguese alternative music scene, winning over 10 small contests and releasing two Singles. The first one, simply entitled "Single", contained "Mr. Freddy" and "Guilt", and the second single named "Whisky!" had a two different versions of a song with the same name. They broke up in late 2005 and aren't planning on a comeback anytime soon. The FingerTrips were Purple, on the vocals, Fighas on the Keyboards, Necko on the Guitar, Xamax on the Bass and Peter on the Drums. They also had a few saxophone, tuba and trumpet players on the many gigs they performed (around 100).
