Located in the Doncaster/Retford area, The Fashions were a young, catchy aspiring indie band, with a similar style to The Rakes, Embrace, Ocean Colour Scene, Maximo Park and The Futureheads. They dispanded on 31st May 2006 after losing the semi-final of a band contest in Worksop. Members were John Burton (g/v), Martin Greening (g/v), Ben Riley (b) and Matt Lister (d).
