The English Work Standard was a punk band from South Bay, CA, with Barry Johnson on vocals, Chad Kawashima on guitar, Matt Ebert on bass, and Omar Khattab on drums. Their first EP, RIMSSOBIGHOUSESOBIG, had Teague Smith on the drums, formerly of the band FTY. Their first LP, Elvis Killed Sinatra, featured the line-up previously mentioned.
