The Druids of Stonehenge was a Psychedelic Rock band from New York, USA. The band was formed as The Druids in 1965. Original members: Budge (vocals), Carl Hauser (guitars), Billy Tracy (guitars), Tim Workman (bass), Steve Tindall (drums). Their earliest recordings have been compiled onto a self-titled album. Their style was influenced by the Rolling Stones and Pretty Things. In 1968, they changed their style and their name to The Druids of Stonehenge, and relocated to the West Coast. They released the single "A Garden Where Nothing Grows" and the album "Creation". The band appeared on television's Joe Franklin Show. The Druids of Stonehenge broke up in 1969. Occasional partial reunions have taken place in recent years, including show in New York in late April 2008.
