The Dreadful Horoscope is the inane title upon the music of West Virginia native, Jacob Matz. Writing from the sister college towns of Shepherdstown and Morgantown West Virginia, The Dreadful Horoscope produces weirdly simple and psychedelic folk songs. A member of the hard working Big Bullet Records community, the Dreadful Horoscope is a lung of a band, expanding and contracting, as players come and go along side Matz. Releases include "The Disgusting Breath EP" of Feb 2010, and "The Dreadful Horoscope" (Self-Titled) album of March 2010, though numerous stray tracks have been floating through the internet aquarium since the project began in 2005. thedreadfulhoroscope.bandcamp.com is a place to look at and listen to the new full length album myspace.com/thedreadfulhoroscope is another link of interest.
