The Damn Robots is a solo project of Benjamin Zeman's. His first show was with the band Matt & Kim in Brattleboro, VT. He later toured with Math The Band and occasionally still plays shows in the Northeast. The album "Push Button: Dance" draws influence from new wave bands like The Faint, The Cure and Depeche Mode. The album "You Fighting Me: After Integration" is all instrumental and draws influence from bands like Boards of Canada and Squarepusher. Benjamin Zeman is best known for founding the post-hardcore/screamo band In Constant Motion, but has also played guitar in the technical-hardcore band Nepantla. He currently plays guitar in the prog-rock band Message Received. He also plays drums in a two-piece band with his wife called LaZemaTour.
