There are a few bands with the name The Damage Done: 1- melodic punk/hardcore band from Seattle, Washington. 2- early '00 hardcore band from San Luis Obispo, CA. 1- The Damage Done from Seattle Washington, starting around (?) 2007, went on to release a Full length album "Scream All Our Cliches" in 2009 on Better Half Records, and went on to tours, gaining a reputation for powerful live performances, with infectious sing-alongs, and were also included in part of the completely DIY non-profit North Park Awesome Fast (fest) in San Diego, CA in 2009. In Feb. 2012, they released a previously recorded, yet also unreleased digital full length on their bandcamp page, hinting towards a possible summer tour. The band's sound is a melodic pop punk, with loud hardcore vocals, the songs typically being incredibly catchy and full of whoa-ohs and such. 2-The Damage Done started in the small college town of San Luis Obispo, CA during the spring of 2001 as a close group of friends looking to play some straight up hardcore that actually had something to say. The very first incarnation of TDD was Nick Koets on guitar, Chris Voegtli on bass, Dave Copp on drums, and Kyle Whitlow on vocals. By the end the summer of 2001, James Gianello joined on 2nd guitar, and we recorded our demo 2001 with Jeremy Johnson in October of that year.
