The Crisis Project are Andy Russell, Jason Baker and Harri Parish. This audio-visual collective combines hazy, emotionally invigorating music, infusing stripped back house and techno production techniques with the fuzz and sweeping soundscapes more associated with post-rock and ambient electronica. Their use of emotive vocal parts, quirky juvenile baselines and beats that have the ability to thump, tickle and tease leave an insatiable desire for more. As a live outfit, The Crisis Project caters for all the senses, blending their distinctive sound with integrated visual arts to provide a fresh aesthetic on contemporary dance music. Regularly playing with other musicians, this collective swells and contracts but always delivers a performance to remember.
