The Cold Goodnight was formed in the fall of 2008 from the seeds planted after a series of demos recorded by vocalist Meri Cartmill and bassist Damian Boyar. The band is filled out by Matt Cartmill (drums) and Sean Joncas (guitar). Admist a sea of post-whatever and hair pop bands, the quartet set out to bring new energy and real rock & roll back from hibernation. Recording and releasing their debut Werewolves & Red Lights in mid- 2009, the band has been performing proper live gigs throughout the Northeast USA, bringing their high energy, anything-goes live show to new audiences. The band has been heard on Northeast rock radio stations WAAF, WCYY, among others and shot a music video for their track "Revenants".
