Hailing from Jamestown NY, The Cobra Brothers formed in 2006, after the breakup of the band Itchyboy & the Cobras. Joey & Richy Cobra began writing songs, and started an acoustic project. In 2009, they recorded an acoustic full length. In 2010, they recorded the Aerophobic Ep as a full band, with their friend and fellow local songwriter, Joel Murray filling in on the drums.
