The Choppy Bumpy Peaches are a Psychedelic Rock band from Luxembourg, founded in 2014. The band started as a quintet but added multi-intrumentalist Nick Dalscheid in late 2016 to complete the line-up. Occasionally, percussionist Tom Zuang joins the band on stage. Not being easily categorisable is a badge worn with pride for the Peaches. Their first release "Melocoton" saw the band search their path through a sonic landscape that was somewhere between alternative and psych rock, influenced by many different genres and bands. In 2018 they released their first LP "Sgt. Konfuzius & the Flowers of Venus" on the explorer records (IT) and toured the UK. The odyssey of "Sgt. Konfuzius" takes you from oriental summer vibes (leadsingle Darjeeling) to heavy psychedelic guitar riffs (455) to an epic post-punkish, neo-psychedelic ending with closing track Juaska. Both records were recorded at Holtz Sound in Luxembourg and engineered by Tom Gatti. Over the course of the following year the Peaches took their music to a vast amount of stages in and around Luxembourg, followed by 2 single releases in 2019 which were both recorded at Impala Sound in Luxembourg and engineered by Only2Sticks' Billy Kauffmann. "Daffodils" (whose video was nominated at the LuxembourgFilmFest) was released as a Split 7" with Brighton based Psych Punk band Dog of Man. "Gugu", a 14-minut epic was released 2 days before the Peaches' Sonic Visions Showcase appearence, with it's video once again gaining praise among th
