The history of Chamberlain starts as the other bands as well: singer, guitarist and songwriter Bjorn Otterbeck had long-ambitious plans for a band project. Together with Olaf Giese he gave an advertisement in the city of Kiel on magazines: „singer and bassist looking for reinforcement for Guitarpop. Sönke Lundt drummer, long time in search of a suitable tape, read the ad and immediately picked up the phone. On the same evening we met, played before the demos and talked about musical preferences and objectives.
